European Union Youth Orchestra Summer 2019 Tour

The European Union Youth Orchestra Summer Tour 2019 includes 9 major concerts and 16 other public events across Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and The Netherlands from July 27th to August 18th 2019. More than a hundred players from all the current EU member states arrived in early July at the Orchestra’s summer home and main venue partner in Grafenegg, Austria, to rehearse and work with expert instrumental tutors and professors before the arrival of Vasily Petrenko, EUYO’s Chief Conductor, who will lead them in the first half of the tour, followed by the renowned French conductor Stéphane Denève.

During the 2019 Summer Tour, musicians of the European Union Youth Orchestra will perform in major concert halls as such as the Grafenegg Wolkenturm, Berlin Konzerthaus and Prague Rudolfinum.
